Chocolate Bread Pudding
Being a bread pudding lover, I always make sure that I buy one whenever I find a new bakery which sells bread pudding. One time, I was able to drop by a small bread shop near the market. And I was curious if what that brown-colored pie was, so I ordered some. When I ate it, I was surprised because it was a chocolate flavoured bread-pudding. I really loved it! So far, it is one of the best bread-pudding variant I have ever tasted.
Super Side Salad
My sister taught me how to prepare this salad. It’s a salad recipe which is so nutritious. Just have 2 cups lettuce of your choice, shredded or chopped (fresh spinach leaves will add even more nutrients), 3 cherry tomatoes, ¼ cup canned kidney beans, drained and rinsed, ¼ cup grated carrot, ¼ cup raw chopped broccoli florets and 3 tablespoons reduced-fat Italian dressing or a similar dressing .
This is how to prepare it. Arrange lettuce in individual salad bowl or plate. Then arrange the tomatoes, beans, carrot, broccoli over the top. Drizzle with your favourite low calorie dressing.
