Cauliflower Soup

I taught my sister this simple soup because she keeps of complaining of the cold weather. He-he-he. It is good for her also because she doesn’t eat rice for dinner.

Ingredients:
1 medium head cauliflower
2 tablespoons butter
½ cup minced onions
2 tablespoons flour
4 cups water
2 cups diluted evaporated milk
Salt
You can add croutons

- Chop up the cauliflower finely.
- Melt the butter in a pan and cook the onions do not let it turn brown
- Stir thoroughly in the flour and cook until foamy
- Stir constantly and add the water
- Add the chopped cauliflower and milk
- Add salt and pepper to taste
- Let it boil until it thickens and constantly stirring
- Add the chopped cauliflower – cook until tender
- For serving you can add the croutons
